All incoming raw materials are from reliable or world famous suppliers, such as Cree Inc, and are with related testing reports. Also, all incoming raw materials will be under a strict "4-step" inner inspection before going into Rayconn's warehouse, so that, all raw materials used in our LED lights are totally qualified.
Preset workflows are set for different type of LED lights. All production procedures are performed in line with these preset workflows.

All workers are trained to follow our operation and production procedures before they begin production of any part of our LED lights. Specialized QC team is established to ensure that all LED lights in production lines are of good quality. Professional QA team will make sure that all our LED lights are qualified products before shipping them to our customers.
In addition, professional equipments and devices are utilized to both ensure the quality and improve the efficiency. For instance, the automatic SMT assembly machines & auto-soldering machines ensure the quality of LED strip lights, LED tube lights, LED cabinet lights, etc, and greatly improve the efficiency of the production of these LED lights.
Plus, specialized testing devices, such as Opto-Electrical testing machine, are utilized to make sure that every LED spotlights, LED bulbs, LED downlights, LED tubes, LED strips, LED light bars, LED cabinet lights, etc, conform to related quality standards.
Before shipping, all Rayconn LED lights, including flexible LED strips, rigid LED strips, LED spotlights, LED bulbs, LED tubes, LED cabinet lights, and other LED lighting fixtures are under a strict "Aging Test" for a minimum of 24 hours. And professional QA team is established to make sure that all our LED lights are qualified before being shipped to our world-wide customers.
